No tv in the room

There was a live cockroach in the bathroom and evidence of dead ones in the room.

The staff has really been attentive and friendly. Nice environment.

I had a layover in Dallas. I arrived after midnight, booked a room there, paid $4 for a cab to get there, first room the bed wasn't made (or cleaned?), so I asked for another, second room was infested with cockroaches, so I asked for another, third room had cockroaches, there was no way I was going to sleep or stay there and risk bugs getting into my luggage so I left, paid $40 more to go back to the airport and stayed at the airport all night until my flight the next day, got no sleep. I still feel like bugs are crawling all over me and I'm out nearly $130 just to end up hanging out all night where I started in the first place, at the airport.

The first room reeked of marijuana and the air conditioning didn't work. The second room was okay but there were no extras like shampoo or hair dryer, etc.
