⭐ 0/10 – Absolutely NOT Recommended, Especially for Tourists My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It became very clear that this hotel and its staff only care about money and not about the well-being or concerns of their guests. If you ever face an emergency and need to leave the hotel early, be prepared to lose all your money. They show absolutely no compassion or understanding regardless of the situation — even if it involves a family emergency or the death of a loved one. There is no flexibility, no empathy, and no human understanding at all. The staff acts cold and robotic, as if guests are only numbers and sources of income. For a hotel associated with the Hilton brand, this level of treatment is unacceptable. Tourists should also be very careful, especially if you do not speak English fluently. Even when they have employees who speak your language, they often prefer to ignore you and claim they cannot help, which makes the experience even more frustrating and disrespectful. Overall, the hotel lacks professionalism, customer care, and basic human decency. I would never stay here again and I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially tourists visiting the area.

The chocolate chip cookies was a deal breaker for me. The property also was close to a lot of the areas I visit, such as the beach and the kettle in Manhattan Beach.

There appear to be quite a a bit of renovation going on within the building however, it look like work has stopped in mid renovation. So the property wasn’t polished. The night latch on my room was not bolted down properly so I’m assuming that the rooms are not inspected for safety and security

The room was very nice and quite clean the bath tube was wonderful the soap wash was completely empty like they where not refilling it.

The house reported that they could not a supposedly a brown stain on my bathroom floor became furious i had to call front desk clerk i think his name was Josh and told him to come up to my to inspect the total lack of cleaning.
