System problems frustrated the check in process which resulted in at least an hour delay checking in and the anxiousness of not knowing whether it would be fixed. I was told that management’s solution was simply have them wait.

Good enough when you need to just lay your head down for a few days. It's an older facility and the amenities that are offered on the website are not functional or are of low quality. For instance the treadmill, which was one of the three main pieces of exercise equipped was not working, and the others were outdated.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL!!!! WORSE HOTEL EVER, NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. VERY UNSAFE PLACE AND SKETCHY AS HELL!!!

The property looks nice from the outside but the inside is a bit dated. There are random people in the hallways too. Seemed a bit odd to see a girl on her phone in the hallway for 3 hours. And another guy on the 4th floor just sitting there. Perhaps they had nowhere to go but seemed a bit odd.

Pool was dirty and closed. Breakfast is served to you by staff. Staff was kind of unprofessional, hung out in front talking and even fought with a resident

Mold in bathroom had to ask for another room and it had mold in ceiling also

Dirty furniture, walls need a touch of paint.

staff have very dry attitudes and kind of defensive and rude. they are very antagonistic to the locals and deny them paying with credit cards, like most regular people. who carries cash now? their attitudes are degrading.

it was not clean, pee on the side of the toilet. nothing was wiped down. my bed was not made, sheets was not changed. the only thing that was done in the room was my trash being taken out. Every night the local police sits around the building and outside the hotel. You can't serve yourself at the continental breakfast. they have it roped off. you have to wait in line for the person to cook the food and serve the plates. loud music in the parking lot. Never go back there again...
