The room was nice but everything else wow it was something

This experience was horrible. I can’t believe someone would give this hotel a good rating. I took pictures of how horrible this hotels condition is. We would have checked out that same night if we hadn’t driven 8 hrs and were exhausted. Checked out the following morning. Also started a case with Expedia and waiting to hear back. It was dirty, smelly, sketchy people around and in the parking lot. Rooms are in poor condition. I would give this hotel a zero rating. Requested a refund.

Near in a good place

It was cheap enough to not complain, but the hallways, the elevator and the walls were so dirty. The room itself looked clean enough to stay, but had issues like tub clogged and stains on the covers. The staff was friendly, but will not stay again. Oh, and also they have hot breakfast ,but because of the dirtiness of the property I couldn’t bring myself to eat.

The room was small and dirty. There were stains on the armchair, window shades, lamp shades, and pillowcases. The stains on the window shade smelled like feces. The lamp shades were cracked. There were stains on the walls and wires hanging out of the walls. The smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling. The TV didn't work. The sink in the bathroom did not drain, and the maintenance man refused to come in at 7pm to fix it. The management refused to give us a refund, and we had to find another place to stay late on a Saturday night. Do not recommend and will not stay there.

Room was dirty. The drain in the bathroom smelled so bad. Just gross all around. Room next door had arguing at 2 am.

The staff was fairly nice so it was really no issuers there but the room was FILTHY!! The floors were not mopped, there were rat traps under the sink in the bathroom and the toilet paper was not new, it was from the guest before us. “Breakfast” is served to you.. We were not brought any clean linen (fresh towels or toilet paper) and nor did we receive any sort of room service during our stay. People were walking in and out of the building, the doors are just open 24/7… would not recommend at all staying here.
