Great place

I was charged for an accidental booking. I kept calling the hotel and the travel agency kept reaching out tot he hotel and there was no response. The accidental booking was done due to a faulty link that misguided me. See screen shots, I was trying to book a hotel in Virginia and it took me to Milwaukee I called immediately after booking. This is a scam. And if I’m not responded with I will proceed with legal action.

I am a Hilton loyal customer. Depending on the year, my status goes from silver to gold to diamond. I've stayed in MANY Hilton hotels, and I have to sadly say that this was the absolutely worst one I've ever stayed in. Where do I start? The room is very small and cramped. The first night, I couldn't sleep because the highway traffic noise was incredibly loud. The sheets on the king-size bed were too small, and the bottom sheet kept coming loose. The next morning, I requested a room move to the other side of the hotel to be away from the traffic noise. They told me no because the hotel was full. However, when I went on Hilton's website, it did not show as sold out, and it would allow me to book a room. So my take on this is they just didn't want to move me. Breakfast was sparse, with very few choices. The next two nights, our inconsiderate neighbors rolled in at 1:30 in the morning and proceeded to talk loudly for the next 3 hours. I would have complained to the front desk, but after the way I was treated for my room move request, I assumed it would be an empty gesture. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. I do not recommend this hotel

Nothing! Horrible experience all around! First room we went to the carpet was soaking wet! Went to get a new room and three others were at the counter waiting to find staff to also get new rooms and no staff could be found

Guests are allowed to stay up all night and make loud noise in the halls and be outside yelling and drinking.

This location is not the best. Staff is super rude and entitled. Very argumentative when addressing a complaint. Pool was closed and no signage or explanation instead too busy to be bothered.
