Nothing! Horrible experience all around! First room we went to the carpet was soaking wet! Went to get a new room and three others were at the counter waiting to find staff to also get new rooms and no staff could be found

Very good.

Guests are allowed to stay up all night and make loud noise in the halls and be outside yelling and drinking.

This location is not the best. Staff is super rude and entitled. Very argumentative when addressing a complaint. Pool was closed and no signage or explanation instead too busy to be bothered.

Overall, the breakfast had a good selection but the waffle irons were not working. A staff tried to fix them after a few guests, including myself ended up with unfinished waffles. The dining area was comfortable and very accommodating. I would have liked a juice machine instead of the infused water machine. I like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I liked the sliding door on the bathroom and the creativity with creating a closet on the wall. I loved the pool and whirlpool! I appreciated the renovations that were taking place and the posted notices about the activity.

I know it is hard to control flies and nets in an open breakfast space but I would like to see more of an effort in this area. There were not enough towels in the bathroom for two people.

Here’s a concise hotel review you could use: ⸻ I was disappointed with my recent stay. I was accidentally double charged for my room, which was frustrating to resolve. Upon arrival, the room was missing towels and body wash, and several lights were burnt out, making it feel poorly maintained. Overall, not the experience I expected.

The pool had all doors locked even exit door was locked from the outside. People were vaping in yhe hot tub. Very clean lobby and staff were helpful
