Comfort Inn Roseburg

Bed was too firm for my liking but the pillows were nice. None of the staff I interacted with or viewed working looked happy to be there.

Room had a good shower, and a comfortable bed

The housekeeping only make the bed on the third morning. We stayed four nights. We had to remove our own trash daily. Ask the front desk for fresh towels by a certain time the day before.

Easy access to/from freeway, but relatively quiet.

Guest log with names, vehicle information and room number was always left out in public view.

Clean and tidy.

The staff was exceptional

Sink was full of some type of stuff, as if it had backed up. Stuck all over the sides. Pee all over toilet seat. Kleenex box empty. All clocks were reset. TV barely worked. Expected more for the money. Will stay at Hampton Inn across the way next time.

It was close to the wedding venue we came to town for

The room was dirty and old, lobby and hallways smelled. We just felt sort of unsafe in a strange way.

Recalling around toilet had urine stains on it

Swimming pool and breakfast beds were great as well lot of TV channels 😄

I don't like getting charged extra charges I don't understand
