Comfort Inn Roseburg

So pleased with our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was so pleasant. Very easy to get to from the highway. The price was great.

Room was comfy & clean. Hot tub was hot. And staff was very friendly. Attended to a technical tv issue in our room right away and was very courteous of our time to correct it.

Staff was excellent. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Room was spacious. Didn’t use the pool/spa or fitness center but they looked very nice.

A bit of an odd smell in the room, like from cleaning. Not overbearing but noticeable upon entry and a bit odd.

Bathroom door hinges were loose causing difficulty in closing the door.

Room was clean but the sink was clogged. TV remote would only work periodically. I was on the first floor and the house keepers started very early and were very loud moving things and cleaning so I was woken extremely early. Hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets were on but barely could see any jets working. Parking is terrible not much parking. The staff were very friendly and the rest of the place was decent for the price. Had I not been on the first floor near the house Keepers room, I probably would have had a better experience. I did ask to be moved to a room on a different floor but they didn’t have anymore king rooms available. I ended up checking out a day early
