"A perfect hotel for a quick weekend stay in Roseburg!"

The property was clean and well-lit. The room was clean and organized. I had read about the towels being scratchy so I brought my own. The front desk staff was helpful. It was a quiet hotel. The location was great - right off the freeway and across the street from Crumbl and Five Guys. The breakfast was as expected. The waffles were yummy!! The sausage looked a little less than appetizing. I didn’t have time to use the pool/spa or fitness center, but I will next time I stay!

It was great till I got charged extra on my credit card for nothing. I called several times to sort it out and no one could tell me what the charge was for and a manager never called me back. Bit of a scam going on or something.

The front counter person

The fact that we drove over 300 miles with our travel kitty, and we are responsible pet owners, we were very disappointed to find that this is one of the only Comfort Inn we have ever encountered that wouldn't allow our kitty. We will not be staying or recommending Comfort Inn in Roseburg OR. Any place that doesn't allow people and their pets are not worth my time or energy. Thank you
