"Don’t wake up your guests!"

The hotel itself was fine. The problem was when we checked in. We went directly to bed after our showers and we had both fallen asleep and somebody came knocking at the door from the front desk and they were needing information from us. They said something about the information didn’t transfer through on the computer. So after I got woke up from front desk I was unable to fall back asleep. A very unpleasant experience!

This may be one of my favorite hotels. The front desk staff person was wonderful. I had some questions about future stays, and she sent a message to her sales staff immediately. I was upgraded to a room because I released a handicapped room to a guest in need. This was certainly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. That was very surprising. I’ve slept in beds on properties 2/3/4 times this price that we’re not as comfortable. I did not take advantage of the full breakfast option, but my cereal and my coffee were wonderful. The seating was well thought out, and the experience was very calm, a great way to start the day.

Really, not much to complain about, the side door out to the parking lot adjacent to my bedroom was quite loud, but that really is more of a location problem. This is a really great property.
