Second time staying here, it is always comforting.

Hotel was fine had what we needed. Everything worked. It was clean however, the lack of communication and checkout was not good and they don’t empty the trash and give you new towels every day. It’s every other day. Why was my credit card charged more than what the agreement was at check-in? Nothing was ever said until I questioned it.

Hated the price gouging because of school R I T graduation. Bed was inadequate—a set of box springs with a 2/3 in pad, we could hear the springs when we moved. No one serviced the room for the 2 day stay. No linen service. No garbage removal. No vacuuming. Nothing.

The staff here were wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. Made me feel very welcome as I checked in and checked out. Customer Service throughout my stay was excellent.

Small but efficient. The pool room was heated well but the pool was only 4 feet deep which is okay. Overall the hotel is perfect for a short stay.

Exurban, outskirts. Big box hell.

I wish I would have realized that there were no tubs. Tubs are easier with a 6 year old. Bathroom was a little small but overall I loved the hotel, staff, and location

Quick overnight. Clean room. Gluten-free options for breakfast were available.

I did not sleep well due to a very uncomfortable mattress. I also had to wait at the front desk for awhile until someone came by-no bell to get attention, etc.
