"Didn’t receive what paid for and poor sleep environment"

Very poor customer service. We didn’t get what we paid for and they did nothing to make our stay better. The refrigerator and tv did not work. The sheets were scratchy. And our room was right next to a dance club so we could hear the loud bass of the music past midnight! I will not stay here again.

"It's older, but kept up decently"

This Hampton is about the best stay for a value place to hang your head in the Westport/MH area of town. It's convenient and updated enough. The breakfast is pretty lame tho, kinda like what HI's were like 30 years ago when they first started. I'd stay again!

"It's an older style Hampton Inn"

The most important things were that you could get a good nights sleep, it's quiet, a very good value compared to the other Westport hotels like the Staybridge Suites and they are working on updating and renovating the property. Free parking to boot.

"Good stay"

Great stay so far Dheval has been an excellent host. Looking forward to a good night sleep and breakfast in the morning. Good spot to stay if in the area. Location is near all and parking is good. Near the airport if need be. Stay here for a simple but good stop
