I was in town for the weekend to attend a concert at Moody Center and did not want to face the crowds and prices of downtown Austin, specially during SXSW dates. The front desk was really friendly and was able to give us an upgrade when asked. Room was spacious and clean, despite the beds not being made for some reason. Breakfast was standard, I missed more fruit options.

Robert at the front desk at Fairfield Inn Houston Airport provided wrong information about getting the shuttle to the airport which resulted in a long wait and needless transfer to other terminals. Very frustrating experience. Notified him prior to leaving for the 7 min drive we needed a pick up. After hanging up on us and putting us on hold 4 times and almost 1.5 hours later he answered one call 10 min before the shuttle ended for the night. Added unnecessary stress to our already long day!
