Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin University Area

This hotel was clean & comfortable even with renovations going on. Every staff member was polite, and friendly. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, the coffee was really good. We got down to breakfast a few minutes after the close up for the day, but we were greeted with friendly faces and welcomed in. What a wonderful hotel.

Went to Austin for a concert. I had originally booked an Airbnb, but the room was horrible. I found the Marriott Fairfield not far from the concert venue and decided to book there because the concert was a couple of hours away from starting. As soon as I walked in the lobby I was greeted by a very friendly person at the counter (Tavian,I think). My room was exactly like I like it..cold, clean and comfortable..Everything was great. I know I will book at this location again. Thank you for making an almost unpleasant experience in Austin,a pleasant one.

The gym was a little crowded as in a lot of stuff for me to maneuver around. Although it was an excellent little gym!

Hotel/pool under construction so had to go next door to utilize their pool and they weren't very friendly.

The carpet in the rooms are old and dirty. The toilet in our room clogged three times, the technician said the toilet is faulty yet the placed us in that room. On the last day, they offered to move us to another room. It does not worth the money paid. It is the lowest and dirtiest Marriot I have stayed in. You should not list that hotel in your site until the management renovates it.

The hotel was clean & they served hot breakfast & staff was very friendly!!

We booked our stay there because of their indoor pool but they didn't have it in use it was empty. That was the whole purpose of booking there so my kids could enjoy pool. We weren't able to!

Nice property at a good value. I enjoyed my stay, will use again in the future.

The property was under renovations and had a flooding event the day before we arrived. However, the staff were great! Traffic around the site was chaotic and dangerous.
