I comfortable pull out bed Mold in the bathroom

The suite was out of date. Dishwasher was damaged, ceiling was peeling in bathroom, fireplace was broken, balcony was a loose term to use as you could barely fit on it, had to jiggle handle of toilet to make it stop running. Wouldn't go back. Extremely disappointed.

Stains, smell of smoke.

The roo itself was fine

We had a small Spider in the bed The bath had rust stain and no p.ug for the bath, which I was looking forward to after driving most of the day

Upon arrival to the first room the smell of smoke and the cigarette burns in rug and chair arm (pictures taken) was unacceptable especially with asthmatic children. Was switch to another room which was cleaner but no mattress on pull out couch call desk told they could bring blankets to put on bed spring until they find mattress in am. Who would allow anyone to sleep like that.

Customer service was excellent, but as soon as we got to the room. It reeked of bleach and animal urine. There was reddish/ brown stains on the floor of the bathroom carpet. As well as some stains on the couch, and in front of the beds (both)! The smell alone and stains were unappealing and we decided to stay somewhere else.
