I didn’t appreciate that Marriott charge my credit card and also bookings.com charge my credit card two charges for one room is Marriott at fault. I think so. I haven’t heard anything from American Express yet. Also, Marriott never returned my call !!

"3am wake up!"

At 3 AM, I wake up to someone trying to get into my room. I looked through the peep hole and , it is a couple using a key card trying to open the door. I did not open the door at first as I was scared to death but as they started to walk away I did open the door and she immediately apologized and told me that she had a key for the room that I was in and showed it to me. At that point, I guess they went back to the front desk and I went back to bed. A few minutes later, the phone starts to ring and it's the front desk asking if I'm OK and apologizing for the mixup apparently, according to the clerk, there was a mixup in the computer with room numbers or something so I laid back down again and a few minutes later, the phone rings again and it's the same person apologizing and just asking if I'm OK! Needless to say, we didn't get very much sleep!

"Nice place. But they close breakfast down early."

Great location, nice room

Free breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. We went down at 9:45 and they had everything broken down and put it away.

"Great front desk"

The airline booked the room for me because of flight delays. The room and amenities were fine for just needing a place to sleep. But Serenity was such a wonderful front desk agent overnight. She made my stressful travel day more pleasant with her warm welcome and professionalism. Give her a raise!
