Very friendly and very helpful staff.

Breakfast good tasting and many choices. Coffee bad. nice clean, comfortable room.

too far away from main entrance since I did not have a car. door stuck in below zero weather. had to return to main lobby, get help, walk back to room in the cold, only to be told "yes it's cold today. this door sticks sometimes." not good for an elderly woman alone visiting a sister in the hospital.

We didn’t have hoy water and nothing was done. I could shower and a louder noise coming from the furnace.

Friendly welcoming staff and delicious cookies to boot! Also very accomodating as we needed a oven pan and the staff went to the kitchen to find us one. The breakfast was in full supply and a well maintained clean area. Internet was good , parking provided lots of room.

Only complaint was our door lock was broken and we had difficulty opening the door to exit the room, which is a fire hazard.

Loved it all except breakfast

Got to breakfast 40 minn before it was over and everything empty as far as hot items . When they refilled they only brought out a little bit not enough for all that were waiting and the girl was very nasty about it . It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise great stay
