My sheets were dirty, they had blood stains on them. No refrigerator, microwave didn't work, the room was extremely small.

They need to up grade there hotel and clean better they have roaches and WiFi and food was still in refrigerator

Your web site picture a nice clean nonsmoker room and it was the opposite of what was described on your website. When we checked in and went to the room as soon as we opened the door the room smelled so much like cigarettes. The room looked very distressed. I was going to stay with my family in that room. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund Mr. Brown front desk clerk told me No since I had it booked thru a second party which is Booking.com. I submitted a refund with my credit. I have a open dispute with Booking.com thru myvisa credit card.

Room smelled so much like cigarettes and room looked so rundown.

I would not wish my worst enemy to stay here. Actually since I am not a movie villain I don't have a worst enemy, but still this place was horrible.

The lobby was awful. The place smelled. There was thick glass protecting the front desk that was scratched and broken. The drywall on the walls was torn. The lobby and area just outside the front door had a lot of people milling around who appeared to be homeless. Then on top of all of that, they CANCELLED our reservation. I arrived and they said they had no room for us. They had our reservation but decided to give our room to someone else. They sent us out into the cold dark night to find our own accommodations on homecoming weekend at 10pm when we had made this reservation a month before.
