Location and nothing more

The people hanging outside the entire hotel, the clerk at the front desk’s attitude, the fact that the lights would not work in my room. I requested a refund as my card was ran upon arrival. The clerk did so but booking charged my card as well for a room I didn’t stay in! I still have not received my money back from booking.com.
