Baymont by Wyndham Cincinnati Sharonville

Liked the help a lot! The location was good and our room was in a great place (very handy to everything).

Things are in disrepair generally, but we were expecting to swim in the pool and so disappointed when we got there and it was closed! Its an old building, and I would like that if it were in good shape . The entry doors are all beat up and only 3 out of 4 of them were unlocked , making it hard to get in with hands full of luggage. Also the fridge barely worked and the shower has no place to put shampoo, conditioner , soap, or washcloth.

The breakfast was good

What I didn't like is when you end up showing up early they want to charge you a early fee to get your room after you already paid for your room and they didn't have no sign that says it on the wall anywhere. They don't clean very well in the rooms because when I went to my room open up the refrigerator and found out there was melted ice cream in the freezer so that pretty much shows they don't really clean very good and I also had three people staying in a hotel room and they didn't have enough shampoo or soap for us to make it through the night

Very hard mattresses, and pillows were not very good.
