Location to what and where I needed

Sheets were dirty, staff at the front desk was rude, food in the fridge from whenever, the hall wall stunk of marijuana, website states there is a heated pool facilities but it was drained and nasty with no access.

The staff is friendly

Everything was old and outdated. It's like stepping into the 90's. It needs a good scrubbing. Stuff is broken everywhere. From roof leaks, to patched walls, torn up carpet, busted AC units, even the pool was baracaded off so we couldn't use it. They put screws in the door to keep it from opening. The shower didn't drain. We had to put a blanket down in front of our door the gap was so large you could see people in the hallway. Just gross.

The location was perfect. George and his staff were polite and helpful. They even provided a welcome snack pack, which was very thoughtful.

The location was good.

It was older and had an interesting smell, but overall was okay.
