Where do I even start? Riom had no lock, no light bulbs, no smoke detectors, curtain rod was taped to the wall, bed frame was broken and folded in half, the bathroom door was split into three pieces, no toilet seat or paper...

Extremely dirty, very unsafe, poor service, didn’t even stay there 5 mins after seeing the room dirt everywhere very unclean 10/10 do not recommend

The uniqueness was homeless people sleeping in the stairwells, the office staff could careless, the room was horrible, no air, toilet and sink did not work, bugs in the bed.

Did not like anything about this-change your mind if you even think about staying here. I live in a terrible city but I’ve never stayed in a place like this before. It’s laughable how bad this place is-ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD!!!

The rooms were filthy the air conditioners were broken and didn’t work. Every day needed items were not in the toom and we found a heroine needle in the room. Needless to say. We did NOT stay at this property!

I understand that the check in time is 3:00 p.m. Most hotels have this same check in to allow housekeeping time to clean the rooms before you get there; however, most hotels would allow you to check in early if your room was clean and available. OYO would not allow this. They said it was because the room needed to be cleaned, so I expected a clean room. What I got was a room with what looked like fecal matter smeared on the floor, blood stains and it was completely unswept. This place was so disgusting that I slept in my clothes on top of the bedding, which I’m sure wasn’t changed or washed. I didn’t bother with a shower, for fear of having to use their towels on my body. It’s in a terrible area (crack heads everywhere) and just not worth any amount of money. I will never return.

This hotel is NOT clean. It’s an older hotel so you expect some wear and tear but come on!!! The are a is not the greatest so I wasn’t expecting too much but I have reasonable expectations from a hotel like the toilet having a lid on it and the parking lot not to look like used car lot with vehicles that were obviously not guest. This place was by far, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and if there would have been another portion for rooms on that night, we would have just lost that money and stayed somewhere else.

The hotel charged us on top of our charge from you. It said we were a no show which is FALSE!!!!!! She gave us the key to get in room and it was VERY unsafe and VERY unsanitary!!!!!!! So we could not stay there with our daughter!!!!! She said we would not be charged and was anyway. We want a grind bc of the conditions and nobody is responding to us!!! I’m getting really upset and will have to seek other help on this matter if you don’t respond to us !!
