comfortable room, clean sheets. Staff very polite.

window shade couldn’t cover the whole window, brown mystery puddle in shower, lots of misc items/curtains in hallways scattered like trash

When I arrived at the hotel, I was addressed by a woman eating blue takis at the desk and she wiped her nose on her arm and said the reason was due to what she was eating. Her fingers also had blue residue. She did not tell us how to get to the elevators I had to ask. I booked a long room and walked into a two full size bedroom. The water leaked from the tub. People were loud in the hallway. Following morning, there was minimal breakfast options at 8am. Highly disappointed with this stay and would not pay to ever stay here.

Breakfast okay -- liked especially the banana nut muffins. Location was super.

The zv did not work. The provided wifi password did not work. Repeated calls to front desk were met each time with a busy signal. The fan did not stay on.

Everything. Too much construction going on to open for guests. Our door would not open multiple times. We had to get the front desk to assist.
