Some mold in shower and carpet dated. Reception professional and courteous. Some cleaners did not understand English, had to call front desk.

Our car along with 15 others were broken into last night. Recommend staying elsewhere!

The staff was very pleasant.

The facilities are in dire need of an update. The one elevator that did work was extremely slow. Our hotel room's popcorn ceiling was cracked and peeling. The bathroom faucets were placed at an angle and made it difficult to turn off. The room had a musty smell. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other Hampton Inns.

Great location outside of Nashville traffic. Pricing was good for what the stay was. Beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Room was musty when I arrived. Breakfast was limited.

We reserved a king size bed with a sofa pull out sleeper on Expedia. We checked in at the hotel with no problems, but when we got to the room, there was no sofa pull out sleeper. Oscar never told us that he issued us just a king size room with no sleeper. So we had to return to the front desk with our luggage, only to find out the hotel was overbooked and our reservation could not be fulfilled with a sofa pull out sleeper. However magically a room was available, but it must be the absolute last worst room at the hotel because it smelled terrible due to air fresheners, it must have been the smokers room, room 111 across from the elevator. The light in the bathroom blinked nonstop. We stayed there 2 nights and we could not get a different room. The breakfast was very poor in comparison to other Hampton Inn’s. The entire stay was not enjoyable. We were told the property is under new ownership, but that’s not an excuse for being the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed at.
