I find the staff, facilities, breakfast, and comfort are very consistent for Hampton Inns, and this Hampton Inn was no exception.

A minor issue - the window was only covered by a sheer, and the parking lot lights shone into the room all night long.

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at by Hilton!!"

The front desk staff were friendly considering we complained every day. (See below) Unfortunately they were unable to do anything but listen. The breakfast was nice. There was something for everyone to eat. Even picky eaters.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a nightmare!!! I have lost my confidence in Hilton properties. I do not plan on returning. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. No towels at all. Dirt in the tub. The water in the shower was mid-calf while bathing. Basically, we were standing in dirty water while showering!!! Disgusting!!! There was a sheer curtain over a part of the window. People could see in the room from the other buildings. Not to mention when the sun came up the room was drenched in sunlight. Definitely not conducive for sleeping... Unfortunately, the elevators broke down during our stay. It was an adventure bringing our luggage down 3 flights of steps with our dog!
