Comfort Inn Greenville - Haywood Mall

The rooms were not clean. Obviously the beds and linens weren’t. I ended up with some sort of bite on the inside of my leg.

Was not notified that I would have to leave a $50 deposit that would not be returned for 5-10 business days until I checked in. Hairdryer did not work in the room and had to leave with wet hair.

The staff was very professional. The beds were easily the most comfortable I've had at a hotel in a long time and the location was very convenient.

The walls were paper thin. It sounded as if someone was coming into my room every time another guest opened a door near me. There was a gap large enough to see shoes under the door that probably contributed to the sound nuisance. The only other thing that I had a hard time with was nothing the hotel had anything to do with, there was a large family that was up at 4 am screaming and talking and running in the halls. If you were that family, I hope you have the day you deserve. Was it necessary to shake your iced drink outside my door for 10 minutes? Due to the fact the noise can't be fixed I won't be returning to this location.
