Horrible, dirty, awful service at front desk. Three people there were visibly on drugs. So bad we left after seeing the room

"The worst hotel"

The property was horrific bugs in the rooms. Smoked cigarette burns on comforters that was non-smoking poor customer service they didn’t clean the room. I didn’t make the bed just nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for my dogs to sleep in.

We were in a big bus and it several families and or couples that had their own rooms reserved they instantly assumed that we all would stay in a few rooms together, not enough towels, pool was not open, roaches everywhere
