Quality Inn & Suites North Little Rock

Horrible experience. They woke us up in the middle of the night and had given someone a key to our room. We were scared all night long.

Booked on hotels.com with a hotels.com giftcard which was charged $87 to stay 1 night. Nowhere did it say anything about a $100 deposit to acquire the room. So the quality inn would not let us stay even though we paid $87 for a room. So we weren't able to stay at a hotel and we're out $87 for the room that was already paid for us to stay in. Every time I tried to cancel the booking or get a refund it said that our trip was in progress. How can it be in progress when I'm not even allowed to check in at the hotel. Terrible business educate. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Room dirty broken door staff rude drug addicts in the parking lot very poor customer service wouldn't advise this place to anyone

Rooms was dirty had 3 lizards in the first room they changed my room next morning that room had trash in every corner blood stains on the side of mattress front desk was no help at all horrible stay at this facility is will never return to this location

There was lizards in my room yhe start crawling around the fist night they changed rooms the next morning only to find trash beside the bed then asked for another room didn't change it this place is not a choice hotel there are alot of drug addicts wondering around this facility is horrible I will never stay this place again breakfast shuts down at 9 am also there was blood stains on the mattress horrible place
