Not really

Service is very poor. I booked 9 rooms for a group meeting together over two days. The checkin are supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but there are not room available and some of my friend have to wait to almost to 5:00 PM because no room is ready yet. As 5 starts hotel and everyone check out before 10:00, the hotel owner should hire enough staffs to get all room ready before 2:00PM. I wonder how the 5 starts were granted in first place.
