Furama Hotel Dalian

1. breakfast is good 1. the size of hotel room is super big room, 2. the bed is comfortable 3. the toilet, bath room is big, clean, facility is good 4. staff friendly

1. the outside of entrance, the road, traffic control and underground car park can be improved. 2. the room carpet a bit old 3. the glass window not so clean

The east tower is the old building, not updated renovation. Breakfast is so so.

The attitude of the front desk is to be improved. Compared to as other hotel i lived such as Ritz Carlton, the front desk persons lack friendly and warm speaking tune. The way they picked up the phone and the tune did not sound like they are friendly.

We have stayed at Furama Hotel Dalian a few times and, having tried others for a bit of variety, we prefer to stay here. The staff provide customers with 5-star treatment and are very friendly. The facilities are good and the room/bed very comfortable.

Location was great

Old building and not clean at bathroom

The hotel is 5 star in all respects. The staff are very helpful, respectful and polite. The hotel is located in a respectable area in which top designer shops as Armani, Gucci, etc, are based.
