OYO Hotel Hutchinson West 4th Ave

This place worked for my wife and I as we wanted low budget and didn't need much else. The room was a bit dirty and run down, but for the price it was a good deal.

I give it high marks because it is what I needed for the trip I took. You're not going to Hutchinson KS expecting to stay in a 5 star all inclusive resort. It us a clean bed in a town that has limited options. My only issue has nothing to do with the property, and everything to do with my family's choice of residence (Inman).

Piss stain on bedding, frig dirty, microwave dirt, shower dirt, roach pellet in the draws.

This place should be demolished. The staff was horrible. Very nasty place

Soap dispensers had nasty old soap in them. Microwave broken

Dirty, had plumbing issues, placed me in a smoking room when I requested nonsmoking, not as advertised at all.

Room had warped, stained ceiling tiles, and bed bugs.

As fare as I new they didn't have breakfast.

The toilet need cleaning the tub needed cleaned and the floors needed cleaned.
