OYO Hotel Hutchinson West 4th Ave

The only good thing about this room was it was downstairs. Got woke up by the staff asking if we had a dog, which I told him about upon check in. He teied to say we didn't pay for the dog and he tried to tell me that I was passeed check out, which i booked for 2 nights. He did cheexk his records and everything was good. The room needs an update in the worse way, more light, and aa better bed and ac unit. The only that didnt make noise or neeeded updated was the fridge. Only 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, and 4 hand towels. Did see different kinds bugs but mostly roaches around the sinl area. I will never stay here if I every return

If you want a place to crash for cheap and it be comfortable I recommend and have stayed several times

Had to clean the hot tub before using. Room not clean and i woke up to a bed bug crrawling on my pillow i quickly catch it in a cup take to the front desk.manager wife said it came from me i asked for refund and she said no. Im so pissed

It was horrible the guy who checked me in was very rude and disrespectful that the room was very very dirty it was disgusting the floors the bathtub the mirrors I mean there was dirty towels in there from previous there was kids clothes under the sink it was disgusting I will not recommend them

There were LARGE cockroaches dead all over the floor stains on the bathroom wall and bed had signs of bed bugs.

Didn't get the room i paid for. It was dirty, opened bar of soap on sink, still had soap in the shower. It was NOTHING like what the pictures show. Staff was rude. Will never stay there again.

My kids double beds and bathroom were fancier then my king and bathroom for my husband and I.

The walls and bathroom was very dirty. Alot of people on drugs, They offer handicapped rooms but was all taken by local ling term rentals. So handicapped room was not available for my mom, they offer sqimming pool area but all locked and hasnt been attended too in years. There was no ice machine available
