OYO Hotel Hutchinson West 4th Ave

We booked early. We knew it wasn’t the Hilton but at least expected clean. when we got there we wasn’t sure so asked to look at the room. It was horrendous. Bedding was dirty bathroom tub had most of the porcelain was worn off. We asked to see another room and it was even worse. The over stuff cloth chair was so worn and dirty it looked like it should be sat out at the curb. Even with our room paid ahead with no refund…..we left.

Didn’t have toilet paper or towels in room wouldn’t stay warm.

We always enjoy our stay when in town for stock shows! Clean rooms and friendly service

There was no breakfast offered or coffee available, but we knew that going in.

There were roaches all around and inside the property. When we got there the shower curtain and bedding were smelly and not clean. There were stains all over the mattress and pillows, we used our own bedding. Saw and smashed 30 cockroaches during our stay. The photos of the rooms are not accurate at all. Ice machine was broken and the front desk seemed unhappy when asked for some. Never received room service and there wasn’t a trash can in the room. Microwave on the floor.
