"Nice hotel, but beware of the parking fees and hope your interactions are with happier staff."

Breakfast was good, standard buffet with a freshly cooked omelette, coffee, juices - the facilities seem pretty new, the bar is fully stocked and the staff there are very friendly, the room was spacious and looked well maintained, my plugs didn't fall out of the sockets and everything worked as it should

At check in the person behind the counter was an absolute thundercloud and made me feel like I was disturbing her, in her rush to get rid of me she forgot my breakfast coupons, couldn't have been less friendly - and then there's the parking charge $23 for a night of parking - in an oversized lot, that isn't gated except for a few cameras - that's a bit much...

"Amazing and perfect"

My stay here at DoubleTree was absolutely fantastic. A 10/10 experience! We were here for ACL weekend 2 and wanted to have a cozy, relaxing place to return to after the festival and this place delivered. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly, but the service here was top notch. I want to give a specific shoutout to our breakfast server, Mandy. Mandy was on top of her game when it came to her friendly and efficient service. She made sure we had all our needs met during breakfast and never let our coffee or water run dry. Mandy was the cherry on top of our stay here, and I hope future guests get a chance to have her as a server!

The hotel is beautiful. The hospitality exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful waitress, Mandy, who was so sweet. Mandy went above and beyond with her service. The staff all around has been so kind to us. I am so happy with the choice I made in selecting this hotel. Everyone here has positively contributed to this weekend getaway. Thank you so much.
