USUSUSUSDespite getting ready for 70+ people for checking in, a beautiful lady working check in took the time to see if our room was ready even though we were early. In the morning, the gentleman that took care of the breakfast was so friendly, welcomed everyone, made sure the food was stocked. There were a lot of hungry baseball & soccer players there!

USUSI booked a room because I just needed a hot shower after staying with my fiancé at the hospital in the trauma unit for days. I checked in and my room didn’t have hot water, the manager told me I could check out and that my stay would be refunded. I contacted the hotel the next day and the person who I talked to told me this was my fault for using booking.com. I contacted booking.com customer and the have informed me that the hotel does not agree with my request for a refund. They credited me $11 for the inconvenience. This is an absolute scam and I would absolutely not recommend booking.com or this hotel.
