They hotel overbooked and sent us 20 minutes away to stay at another location with no prior warning. They waited until we showed up to check in. We had to spend $85 extra in Ubers to get to the venue that we came for.
USI booked this property back in early December because it was close to the concert venue and they ended up selling our room to someone else so im not sure what the room was like.

But they were moving us to the other property 20 minutes up the road and that they would be paying for but we had already paid so basically we still paid. But we booked this property because it was close to the concert venue.

USThe breakfast was great. Lots of variety. But the best part of breakfast was Swift, the man who staffs the breakfast area. He is so warm and personable with a great sense of humor. He made breakfast so enjoyable and a great start to our day! A big shout out to Swift from Nancy and Daniel!
