USUSUSUSBeware of bed bugs!! Do not stay at this hotel! This hotel will not refund your money or take accountability! I've had to endure an urgent care visit, be placed in medication and miss a day of work and they have offered me nothing! Hotel desk manager unprofessional and couldn't even remember what room I told him we stayed in, so they "checked 3 rooms". Said he had that room booked "every night since we left and had no complaints" and we had only been gone one night. If he knew anything about these stupid bugs then he would know that it could take 1-14 days for the bites to appear. In my case it was approximately 12-16 hours when I started getting places pop up. I've never encountered anything like this before in my life. These bites or the service. Do not stay here!
USThat fact that the staff worked with me to extend my stay, when the Booking.com rep did NOT even try to reach the hotel to help me. I will never use Booking.com again. It was a medical necessity that we stay an extra day. I contacted you well ahead of time.
