USBreakfast and location was perfect for hospital. Had appointments all day at hospital.
The heat was poor. Called front desk for someone to check it. He came in then went for blankets and wrapped them around heater. When I had blood work the next day my bloodwork showed high CO2. Found hairs in shower.

I am from Florida and my AC/Heat broke the second night and I was cold and had to sleep there that night because no rooms were available. Luckily I was able to switch rooms.
USBreakfast was adequate except pancake maker wasn't working. Everything tasty enough though . Location was perfect since i had surgery and was comfortable in room after returning from surgery. Liked the lighting in the room and the decor. Not dull and boring. Uplifting. Coffee maker was over the top and even beat Starbucks in my opinion.
Asked to be on top floor and they put os on first floor. Only give you one bottle of water each and no other place to get water except in bathroom. Should have a water dispenser somewhere in the lobby. Something about having to get your drinking water out of the bathroom sink is not appealing.
