First room had a hole in the wall they were not aware of, so took picture and showed them. Next day moved rooms and tv didn't work. But at least not blamed for damage

bad area. there was fake eyelashes on my bed and fake nails in the bathroom. Additionally there was people doing drug right outside my room, and I am not talking about weed.

The rooms where clean, the landscape was very pretty. They looked to be making some sort of renovations to the grounds, and the maid service was very friendly. But, the lighting in the rooms was very poor. There wasn't enough electrical outlets in the rooms. The shower in my room, although clean, leaked badly. Plus, the toilet ran CONSTANTLY! The workers were great, the rooms sucked!

When I arrived I said I wanted a no m smoking room but changed my mind and the guy at front desk gave me a hard time to the point I was almost in tears, saying he didn't have any rooms then all of a sudden he found one. I didn't appreciate his customer service skills and won't be staying there again

The pictures posted on their website was nothing even close to what I walked into after checking in. In top of that 3 sets of my room keys wouldn't even open the door, I had to have a member of management open it for me. The place is disguising and is totally misrepresented on their webiste. After looking at the room, the issue with the keys, and seeing rusty razor blades in the parking lot I requested a refund and went to a different hotel. This place should be shut down by the health board!!!
