Terrible. First when I checked in, they automatically charged my credit card immediately for 2 nights. Once in the room, we were totally in aw with the appearance of the room. Repair patches on the walls unpainted. The toilet was loosed from the floor. We were afraid it would tip over. We took a non-smoking room and yet it reeked the smell of strong cigar. I had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell and woke up with a huge headache. The next morning, I asked them about checking out and cancelling my second night. They refused telling me I had to call Expedia in order to do it. We left regardless and still been charged with 2 days. I am also disappointed at Expedia for not inspecting these premises before putting them on their site. As a customer, we rely on Expedia for quality places since we don't know them. I guess from now on we will not be able to trust Expedia for this matter.

Drug action going on in parking lot tried to cancel and hotels.com will not cancel was not a safe place for me and my family to be

terrible area, unaccommodating staff, rooms were disgusting, other residents made me feel unsafe, did not stay the night.

When we arrived at the hotel we were confronted with a very unfriendly check-in manager. We received one entry card and went to the room, to discover that the room was smelling of smoke and the smoke detector was disable hanging from the ceiling on a cable. We went back to check-in manager to request a new room since the original room was not livable. We were told that all rooms were taken and we could not receive a different room. Requested a refund because the manager could not provide a room that someone could sleep in. The manager denied a refund and left the reception area without returning again.

Not a good experience bad smell,sheets where not clean stains in the beds, holes in the walls. Not a good experience there was police be anbulance in the hotel. Staff was not polite really bad hotel to stay not even for free

Was to be a nusmoking room and it was not. The bedspread had burnholes in it.

Very disappointing. Towels were dingy and dirty. Definitely glad I came with my on Terry.

At first driving in thought might be no good!! Room was old beds were semi comfy. Room has old musty smell. Want bad or wasnt great.

Assigned to a smoking room when reserved a non-smoking room. Hotel claimed that Expedia did not send the information to hotel about our request for a non-smoking room. this is a big problem for people with allergies! The condition of the room was very poor. Ripped shower curtain, filthy bathroom floor, mirror with obvious dirty marks from the use of previous guests, blankets with cigarette's burns...
