Nothing , a hot mess no suitable for anyone, holes in wall , door missi g on microwave, no carpet, had to slame the door to close it.

Very decent stay. A lot of amenities. I enjoyed it.

The only positive experience was the housekeeping staff. They were the Silver Lining of this Overwhelmingly Horrendous stay at a hotel! I will NEVER Stay here Again, Nor will I Allow Anyone else to Stay Here

It was advertised as close to City Center, but it's located in Denbigh. The room was sound proof,a plus. It had a microwave and refrig. No blankets in room, just thin sheets and the bedspread (older). The Wall fixtures that held up the shower curtain and robe hooks behind the door needed to be anchored properly- they were coming out of the wall.The Staff was polite and accommodating. Parking lot was full-they must have been booked up, located a short distance from Ft.Eustis.

The picture when we first booked it was great, it looked clean and nice but when we got there it was the opposite. It smelled really bad and the sheets were not clean.

The sheets had holes in them. The lights and outlets didn't all work in my room.

The electricity in our room kept shutting off. Then there was a couple fighting right outside for over any hour just screaming at each other and slamming the door to their mini van and pushing each other. This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed.

There was literally a handprint on the back of the bathroom door that seemed to be poop. In hindsight I should have taken a picture so that I could post it. When we were checking out in the morning there was a man pacing in the parking lot, yelling that something had been stolen from him and that if whoever it was didn’t return it he was going to call 911. Probably not booking there again. 😳

Customer service was ok. But the room was horrible. It was a no smoking room and u could tell that it had been smoke in before. The room especially the bathroom smelled like marijuana. The bathroom itself was horrible. The commode was broken and moved the tub was disgusting black and chipped. The room needs to be fixed and cleaned. I have stayed in rooms for the same price line and looked a whole lot better.
