Very helpful staff

It was under renovation so many services not yet available

The beds were comfortable

The outlets and hairdryer did not work well. There was not much water coming out of sink. The smoke alarm was beeping because it needed new battery.

The night staff was super nice and helped us out when our original room did not have a working toilet or air conditioner

There was no breakfast like the listing says. The pool was closed. In our second room, a big chunk of the blinds was missing, and the wood to the closet was falling.

It was the graduation week, the location is close to the north campus so it was good for us. The breakfast was decent nothing fancy but worked well for us. There was enough parking space and the staff was friendly

The property clearly listed a bunch of amenities like a dental kit or shower caps and so while packing we didn't pack these things but on asking we were told that none of those things were available; while this might seem trivial to some but advertising something and then not having some amenities doesn't sit well with me. In one of the rooms the sofa bed was not comfortable at all and the springs felt like poking us.

The location is close to the north campus of Umich, which is good for visiting the Engineering school.

The bathroom floor tiles are cracked and loose, making a sound when stepped on. The edges are protruding, posing a risk of foot injury.
