Rodeway Inn Magic Mountain Area

I thought it was a really good place to get a room for the night everything was perfect

I like the cleanest of the location and the people very nice

I got over charge $60,I was booked a room $104,but they charge my card $164,low class motel so bad.

Nothing I don't like and the room small trash so discussing

I always stay when I end up going to magic mountain for the past 10 yrs. It does needs a little touch up to keep it up & make it look nicer.. the thing that I noticed the refrigerator was not working not the plugs.. but the bed was comfortable.

Off the 5 freeway, convenient but that’s the only positive point.

My wife and I had an absolutely awful stay at this motel and would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The sheets smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and even had a prominent burn hole right in them. To make matters worse, we found stray hair all over the "clean" towels. Unsurprisingly, given the lack of hygiene, both my wife and I ended up getting sick after our stay. On top of the sanitary issues, the room was highly dysfunctional. The TV did not work at all, and the noise levels at night made it impossible to get any decent sleep. When a property is this poorly maintained, you at least hope for decent customer service, but we didn't even get that. I reached out to management to address these issues, but the manager never bothered to call me back. Save your money, your health, and your sanity. Do not stay here.
