Great location, very quiet rooms, very clean facilities.

The restaurant has limited options, only soap and body cream at the bathroom counter (no shower cap, or cotton swabs). Besides that it was fine

The Camby Hotel is a lovely hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a great location across from the mall and a dine-in movie theatre. The area felt safe and well kept. Food on-site was very good at a reasonable price, and room service was impressively quick. Staff were friendly throughout our stay, especially the front desk team. The only downside was the pool, which wasn’t a highlight for us. The coffee shop was good, but we would have liked more pastry options and slightly longer hours. Overall, it was a very good stay with solid service, and we would recommend it.

Another great experience at The Canby. We had a small group in town for a conference, as we have for years, and everyone genuinely appreciated the hotel. It’s a beautiful property with a very friendly, accommodating staff. When I ordered a breakfast that wasn’t on the menu, the team took the instructions without hesitation and prepared it exactly as requested. Our speakers are still commenting on how much they enjoyed the hotel. Additionally, when we needed to extend our stay by a couple of nights due to weather, Anthony Rocha, Director of the Front Office, was exceptional to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The ladies in our group loved the shopping across the street and the variety of nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Beautiful Mountain View from the room. Excellent breakfast. Nice mall across the street with lots of food options.

It was a 5 min walk to self parking - for $16/day- this needs to be improved upon - at least offer valet for less than 40$ per night

Everything was great! But out of all my Arizona stays this week hands down customer service was top notch her at this location! Great job to the entire team!!!

We had to make a last-minute pivot while visiting our son for ASU’s Family Weekend and had the pleasure of staying at The Camby Hotel. This hotel did not disappoint. The property is kept in pristine condition, and the staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming. One fun perk was the nightly champagne happy hour. The only downside was that they occasionally ran out of champagne or glassware, which caused a bit of a wait—but it was still a nice touch. There’s a pool and gym on-site, and my boys definitely took full advantage of both. The location is also a big plus—the hotel sits directly across from a shopping center with great restaurants and excellent shops, making it very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would absolutely stay here again.
