Beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds and adequate space for our family of 4. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant - a bit pricey, as hotel restaurants often are, but the food was good and our server very pleasant. We would 💯 return.

Great property with amazing service and fantastic location. Also very comfortable and quiet.

Refrigerator in room did not work. Only had sweet and low and sugar for coffee, which I find completely outdated with not having the option of Splenda or Stevia. Coffee shop in the lobby was decent and the restaurant was good for breakfast.

In a word, perfect. I’m a dedicated Marriott traveler and rely on their Autograph locations to provide me the Bonvoy Elite experience I appreciate so much from the brand. The Camby, from start to finish, provided a classy and comfortable experience that ensured I’ll choose them from now on when in PHX. The property was a Ritz and while it may not eclipse the lavish quality of that brand, it’s also nowhere near expensive. Rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable and quiet. I stayed in a suite; it was roughly 700 sq ft and pristine. Bed, shower, room temp, amenities all in line with a top tier brand. The bar downstairs pours great drinks and is well designed; classy! Gym was solid!!!!!! Tons of free weights, kettles, you name it! So cool. So clean. Pool is small, but it’s a clean setup w a bar open on weekends. Location is great, central and close to plenty of great spots! Check out The Mercer in The Esplanade next door, great martinis!! The scents, the design, the peace - all on point! Above all, however, is the people. Incredible service, these people are committed to top service! Big props to Teyonna at the front desk! Total sweetheart (and great handwriting!) Book this stay 💯

This hotel is outstanding. The decor, the cleanliness, the space availabilities, and the young guys working the vehicle parking were really outstanding. Our room had a wonderful view and while we didn’t use the pool it looked very nice. Eating options were close; ie right across the street!

The valet service is impeccable. The lobby and bar/restaurant area is beautiful. Check in was easy. The shower was dirty upon arrival to the room. Something on the wall and hair on the floor of shower. Didn’t notice it until I stepped into shower, at which time I almost fell. Super slippery surface. I did notify the front desk of the issue. They had someone bring a new bathmat to our room for us to put in the shower. Extremely helpful. No housekeeping after that first night and. Had requested it. Again, went to front desk the following day to ask for housekeeping to come. Not an issue after that. So, service was great but I would say hotel rooms are just average. A bit tired.

I was surprised to not see any options for bottled water in the room, complimentary or for a charge. During check in the front desk person didn't share any property information, let me know if there was breakfast or coffee in the morning available. If there was, I didn't see it. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it.

The swimming pool is basically useless since it is very small and very shallow. The grounds were large enough to have built a decent size lap pool. Salt water is used, however, which makes it nice to be in. There were times when the hotel's sound system was playing music a bit loud and it wasn't the best music, but then again, I'm older so I shouldn't complain. Younger people who are here on business, and there were many of those, probably like it, and that is as it should be. The young folks tending the bar in Yellowbell are pleasant and friendly, as are the young men managing the cars and parking for guests. The weight room could use a sign asking users to replace weights heavier than 15lbs. All in all, I rate our experience here as excellent! Thank you.

The service was excellent from start to finish—truly unparalleled. The staff is incredible and clearly takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service. That said, the hotel itself is very old. While they do a solid job keeping it clean and presentable, the age definitely shows. If I could change one thing, I’d recommend bringing in an interior designer to update the space. Still, the staff makes up for a lot. They’re really that good.
