This is a very lovely and classy hotel. Across the street from a great outdoor shopping mall with excellent restaurant choices.

As a business hotel. the slow WiFi was an issue, but the breakfast was a true bright spot! I looked forward to it every morning, and no matter what I ordered, it was delicious. It was so good, I asked who was in the kitchen: under the direction of Chef Ian Anderson, both Jose Martinez and Alvar are cooing up delicious eggs, potatoes, pancakes, etc. Really, really tasty! And the service from Shayla couldn't have been more attentive. If you stay here - eat breakfast!!!!

Great stay, friendly staff, great location

Location is great. The pool was relaxing. The wine list and and appetizers were good at the bar.

My shower head dripped for the length of my stay no matter what I did. There was an unusual odor in the hallway outside our room during the entire stay.

Beautifully renovated, large room, amazing view and LOVELY staff. It really felt like a five star residential hotel. Really, I was so pleasantly surprised. Location is great for the sprawling city of Phoenix and so much close by, even an AMC movie theatre and outdoor mall. Don’t pass them by.

Slightly out of the way and really more of a business event style hotel, however we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very pleasant and we had a friendly welcome. A room on the top floor was very welcome. Valet parking was expensive at 40$ a day, but was efficient. Nancy at breakfast was a credit to the hotel and gave us some great tips. We always had great service from her. Lots of good restaurants over the road in the shopping centre. All in all a good stay.

This is a mixed review honestly. The hard product itself is very nice. The floors and decor of the room are at above the level of many autograph properties. I especially liked the chairs, sitting area in the standard rooms. My bathroom was very cramped but I believe it’s just bc I happened to have the smallest room type on the floor plan. 1105. But, still very nice. The staff was very friendly and addressed the several issues that came up. At check in my room request (quite, highest floor) that I had sent several times had not only been plainly ignored but my room type had even been lowered from what I booked. BUT a manager fixed all that and gave me a summit room on the highest floor. There were some other minor mix ups that were corrected. My biggest concern — also addressed and politely - was that my room rate was upcharged somehow. I just happen to notice it looked wrong and they corrected it and emphasized they appreciated it was a serious mistake. It’s my client’s money for business so I take it seriously. I have to be fair and say I would stay here again. It’s a four star property with a friendly staff. Again lovely interiors throughout.

Everything was great except for the service in the bar. One of the women bartenders was so unfriendly to the point of being rude.

Don’t bother nothing special. Walls are paper thin. Guests up and partying at 1 am. Front desk does nothing. Will not come back. Not a luxury hotel - not a higher end guest experience or even average for the Valley. Many better options in the area

Beautiful rooms, nice pool deck, great staff
