"A quality time spent on father's day"

I stayed in Trident, Chennai for work, at the same time meet my elder son on the father's day. The staff here is extremely cordial, respectful and professional at the same time. Particularly Ewanshu he made us feel at home. His food recommendation skill is magical, like he always knows what we like. His colleague Shiva as well equally great, at service always. The experience wouldn't complete if I don't mention about Karna, my sons age, he escorted me to my room. Interestingly he is from my native place and we speak same language. He made sure I am comfortable before he go. Great experience, em of people at service.

Excellent service and great host and excellent service by Ewanshu at Trident Chennai. Btw he happens to be avid photographer which came in handy to get all 8-9 of us on one frame nicely. Highly recommend for Brunch and Lunch.

"Best place to stay if you want to be close to the airport."

They have great staff working everywhere. From the front desk to the restaurant to the executive lounge.

The passage leading to my room had a stale smell. When I reported it to the front desk people at the checkput time, it led to immediate escalation with a couple of senior manager coming to enquire and apologise for it.

"Decent stay with improvement required on room air quality"

Great check-in, check-out, room service, and breakfast.

Our only issue was a strong wooden smell in the room that worsened with the AC. The air outside the room was fresh, highlighting the issue inside. We were disappointed since we specifically requested a non-allergic room. However, the staff was polite and promised to fix it for our next visit.
