The rooms were not properly illuminated, the mattress way too soft and got a back ache

Trident Chennai is always like home coming for me. Although I can get better deals in other hotels at the same or lesser cost ..Income back to my extended work family. Despite the initial hiccup of my airport transfer ,my stay was as usual "delightful". Mr Deepan Varghese made up for the pick up by upgrading the room . The warm welcome by Jamil always brings a smile. The icing on the cake is ofcourse Chef Sudeep and Narayana and the restaurant team of Mobashir, Saurabh and others who pamper me with curated stuff and I end up putting on kilos . Keep up the hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was conveniently located near Chennai Airport. I especially appreciated the comfortable room, excellent facilities, and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The service exceeded my expectations and made my stay enjoyable and relaxing. I would happily stay here again and recommend this property to others.

There is nothing to dislike about the property

The ambiance and atmosphere of the dining area was very calming and peaceful which added much to our dining experience. The employees were incredibly helpful especially Ewanshu, our server who provided us anything we needed.
