Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Pet fee is $150 per night with no breed or size restrictions. Please note: an authorization will be placed on guests' debit/credit card for the full anticipated amount including USD 100 incidentals per reservation. The resort fee includes the following: - Self-Parking (one space per reservation) - Two (2) Bottles of Water per night - Hi-speed WiFi access on multiple devices - Access to fitness centre - Preferred access to certain WTR Events and Activities - Mobile printing and fax services The pool is active with high level noise going into the evening daily.

"Do not stay here"

Absolutely terrible experience. The pool next door was thumping so loud with music that our door was rattling. The room itself was disgusting, old and dirty. The sheets had a long black hair on it, water from the shower spilled over onto the floor, the tracks from the sliding glass door had never been cleaned and had a large bug in it.

"Unsanitary Conditions"

Do not stay at this hotel. All of the rooms Are dirty. The ceiling fell in while I was there. The bathrooms are no cleaned. The cleaning ladies don’t speak English so she didn’t understand when I was trying to tell her everything that needed to be recleaned. It was over all terrible and they have bed bugs. Ill post a video on my tik tok

"affordable stay"

staff was very friendly and the king size bed/pillows were very comfortable! the hotel itself for sure needs an upgrade in regards to bathrooms, floors, painting, etc, and there’s a smell through out the hallways.

Low water pressure, bath/shower dirty, difficult to open balcony door. Staff friendly. Bistro was nice. Easy check in and check out.
