"Comfortable stay with friendly staff but a bit overpriced"

"Disappointing staff despite great front desk staff"

Nice staff, great restaurant next door

No housekeeping (apparently using the greener stay doesn't mean they won't automatically change your sheets as it was presented to me- it means they will not take your trash out at all). People were throwing trash and wet towels in hallway. Even after requesting housekeeping, it was never provided once in my stay. Electric went out twice, once requiring maintenance to come. Only 1 outlet worked in bedroom. Plugging in iron blew fuse. Paper thin walls

"Not as good as other Holiday Inns we have stayed at"

Location, car parking

The fan in the bathroom runs 24/7 apparently a requirement according to the receptionist so even though the hotel is very quiet we couldn’t sleep because of the fan running. The shower tray filled up with water. They ran out of bread on both breakfasts that we were at the hotel. Really, how can a hotel have no bread two days in a row ?
